O&S is a full-service multi discipline architectural and engineering firm established in 1996. We specialize in assessments, repair, and restoration design of the building envelope. As a full service consultant, O&S also provides consulting services for mechanical systems, energy projects, parking, as well as other building consulting needs such as 40-year building safety inspections and 50-year re-certifications.
Jason Borden P.E., is a licensed structural engineer with over 20 years’ experience who has been with O&S Associates over 10 years. Jason is the regional director for the Southeast Florida market and is a senior structural engineer and project manager for O&S. Jason’s experience with O&S Associates includes analysis and design of façade renovation and repairs, generating construction documents and managing the project through construction for dozens of buildings. Jason is active in several professional organizations including the Community Association Institute where he has earned the Educated Business Partner Designation for demonstrating knowledge and experience in serving Community Associations.
