Since 1987, BCA has been an asset to our community and a driving force for the benefit of our member associations.  Your membership in BCA includes the Continental Breakfast at each meeting, and the operating costs of printing and mailing.  BCA officers donate their time as volunteers.  $350.00 is given to the Host of the Association of each meeting towards breakfast expenses.
